The Consulate-General provides consular assistance to Singaporeans visiting/residing in the Riau Islands and Riau. We also process and issue visas to non-citizens who wish to visit Singapore.
All consular counter services and visits to the Consulate-General are strictly by appointment only. We can be contacted at +62 778 372 0000 during office hours; or via email at singcon_bth@mfa.sg (opens in new tab). The Consulate-General’s office hours are from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Singaporeans who require urgent consular assistance after office hours, please contact the Duty Officer at +62 811 7049 084. Please note that general enquiries, including visa enquiries, will not be taken on this emergency contact number.
You are important to us and so are our staff. We are committed to serving you well. This is best achieved when both sides show courtesy and respect. The Consulate-General reserves the right to decline engaging those who are abusive towards our officers.
