ITQ for Cleaning Services at the Singapore Consulate-General in Batam
You are invited to quote for the provision of cleaning services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Batam (hereinafter Chancery) for a period of one (1) year commencing from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027, and with an option to extend the contract for another one (1) year, from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028. The following pertinent details are outlined below:
a) Total number of cleaners required at the Chancery is as follows:

b) The Consulate-General may request for additional cleaning services during in-house events or after major renovations. Charges for the additional cleaning services must be stated clearly in the quotation on a per hour basis.
c) The contract value for this service will be based on a monthly basis with full breakdown of individual cost. Any increase in manpower (requested by the Consulate-General) within the contracted period will be calculated according to the breakdown.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the contents of the attached Annexes, which constitute an integral component of this ITQ and shall comply with all the terms and conditions specified therein.

3 Your proposal must be submitted to the Chancery in a sealed envelope and addressed to Vice-Consul (Admin and Consular) Kenneth Kwa at the following address:

4 Please indicate the subject as “Provision of Cleaners at the Consulate-General”. All submissions should reach the Chancery not later than Wednesday, 3 December 2025 before 5.00 pm (WIB).
5 A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at 2.30 pm (WIB) at the Chancery. Interested Vendors should contact us at +62 778 372 0000 to register for the site briefing.
6 All costs and expenditure related to the preparation of the Quotation will be borne by you.
7 All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
8 The Bids received will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Critical Criteria**
(i) At least five (5) years of experience in the provision of cleaning services in Indonesia; and
(ii) Mandatory attendance at the site briefing.
**Critical criteria are mandatory requirements before interested vendors will be considered for evaluation.

9 The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote.

11 All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
12 The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in Annex A – Quotation Conditions of Contract.
13 Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 calendar days from the closing date of this invitation.
14 The Quotation Schedule and Award Notices will be published on Mission’s website at www.mfa.gov.sg/batam in due course.
