QUOTATION REFERENCE NO.: BTMSC/FIN-06/002/SJ2


You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Batam, Indonesia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the provision of cleaning services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Batam for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend for a further one (1) year period.


2      This ITQ contains the following:


  1. Covering Letter; 

  2. Instructions to Potential Suppliers; 

  3. Conditions of Contract; 

  4. Requirement Specifications; and 

  5. Evaluation Criteria.


3 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.


4 All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be made in email and directed to Mr Muhammad Faizal at muhammad_faizal_abdul_rahim@mfa.gov.sg and copy Ms Widyanita at widya_nita@mfa.sg. All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 16.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers.


5 ITQ Offers shall be submitted to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Batam in a sealed envelope delivered by hand, addressed to Mr Muhammad Faizal, Vice-Consul, at the Consulate-General’s office.

6 The closing date for the ITQ is on Thursday, 30 November 2023, at 4.00pm WIB.


7 Suppliers will be evaluated based on the following criteria: a) Compliance with Requirement Specifications (30%); b) Track Records (15%); c) Innovation (5%); and d) Price (50%). Please refer to Evaluation Criteria for more details.


8 The validity period for the ITQ is ninety (90) calendar days. The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote.
